For as long as I can remember I have been involved in one type of art form or another.
During the fall of 2004 I happened across a small glass shop; my heart skipped as I
admired the art hanging in the window. As I wondered through Glass Act, amazed by
the beautiful pieces of glass I came across a bowl of glass beads. Carefully I picked one
up - my fate was sealed. I quickly signed up for my first class....ever since I have spent
every spare moment at the torch, creating wonderful little works of art.
I’ve found that glass has so many possibilities; it stretches the imagination and creativity.
I am always striving to learn new techniques and come up with unique treasures. Glass
bead making has brought my passion for art and jewelry into one place; it has captured
my heart and soul. Glass Act has become a friend, a place to learn and share, a place
for support and ideas, a place to call home.
